摘 要:为了改变目前隐晶质石墨高温提纯或化学提纯高耗能、高污染的现状,加快隐晶质石墨的开发利用,本文使用新的方法对隐晶质石墨进行提纯。试验选用黑龙江鸡西生产的隐晶质石墨浮选精矿为原料,采用先对隐晶质石墨单独焙烧活化再分别进行碱浸、酸浸的方法进行提纯试验研究。本文在保持酸浸条件不变的情况下,研究了焙烧工序和碱浸工序中各因素对隐晶质石墨提纯效果的影响,并确定最佳焙烧条件和最佳碱浸条件。试验结果表明,使用该方法可使隐晶质石墨的固定碳含量由原来的84.173%提高至93.852%。通过对比试验可知,隐晶质石墨经单独焙烧后,可提高杂质与碱、酸反应的活性,提高杂质的脱除率,提纯效果优于相同条件下未经焙烧的隐晶质石墨样品。In order to change the present situation of high energy consumption and high pollution by high tempera- ture or chemical purification for aphanitic graphite, quicken the development and utilization of aphanitic graphite, a new method was used for it. The aphanitic graphite flotation concentrate produced in Jixi Heilongjiang was selected as the raw material and the process of single roasting activation of the aphanitic graphite before alkali leaching an acid leaching was adopted for purification. In this paper the acid leaching condition was remained unchanged to study the effect of all kinds factors on the purification in the process of roasting and alkali leaching and determine the optium condition. The test results showed that the fixed carbon content can be improved from 84. 173%to 93. 852% by using this method. The contrast test results showed that single roasting of aphanitic graphite can improve the activity of acid and alkali reaction and the removal rate of impurity, whose purification effect is better than the aphanitic graphite without roasting under the same condition.
