摘  要:疏水器配管设置是生产装置设计时易忽视的问题,根据蒸汽及凝结水特点合理设置配管可使疏水器在最大排量下工作,延长疏水器使用寿命,降低维修成本。同时解决因管线工作压力变化产生的凝结水排放问题,增强生产装置收集及回收凝结水能力,提高节能效果。Steam traps are widely used in petrochemical production as energy conservation devices. The setting up of steam trappiping is an issue often ignored in production plant design. Proper method for piping setup based on characteristic of steam andcondensated water can make steam traps work at the biggest capacity,extend the life of steam traps,reduce the cost ofmaintenance,solve the problem in condensated water discharge which is caused by the working pressure changing of superheated steam pipes,enhance the ability of collecting and recycling condensated water in petrochemical production and finally keep theproduction safe and improve energy-saving effect.
