日立7170和贝克曼DXC800全自动生化分析仪天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶检测结果比对评价

摘　　要：目的探讨日立7170全自动生化分析仪(简称7170分析仪)和贝克曼DXC800全自动生化分析仪(检测DXC800分析仪)检测天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)结果的可比性。方法以7170分析仪作为参考仪器,DXC800分析仪作为实验仪器,按照美国临床和实验室标准化协会(CLSI)EP9-A2文件的要求设计比对方案,以采集自临床患者的空腹新鲜血清标本为待测标本,以美国临床实验室修正法规1988(CLIA′88)允许总误差的1/2作为标准,对两台仪器检测结果间偏差进行评估。结果两台仪器AST检测结果有较好的相关性,结果间的偏差在临床可接受范围内。结论 7170分析仪和DXC800分析仪检测AST的结果具有可比性,且一致性较好。Objective To perform alignment evaluation of aspartate aminotransferase （AST）detected results between Hitachi 7170 and Backman DXC800 full automatic biochemical analyzers.Methods Hitachi 7170 analyze was taken as comparison instrument and Backman DXC800 analyzer was taken as test instrument.Experiment was designed according to EP9-A2 document of Clinic and Laboratory Standards Institute （CLSI）,fresh serum fasting samples were enrolled.The half value of allowed total error of Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 （CLIA′88）was taken as the standard to assess the deviation of the detected results of the two analyzers.Results 〈br〉 There was fine correlation of AST detected results between the two analyzers,and the deviation was in clinical ac-ceptable range.Conclusion Serum AST determination results in these two biochemical analyzer might be compara-ble,with fine consistence.
