摘　　要：地方高校是我国高等教育中的重要力量。为了更好地支持区域社会经济发展,地方高校必须树立服务经济的办学理念,强化校企结合。通过建立地方高校与企业集群的联合创新耦合关系,以高校文化与企业文化、办学特色与企业特色、双方异质性知识、高校科研团队与企业业务团队、校企双方科研平台、科研设施与生产实验设施等方面的相互耦合,提升地方高校为区域经济、社会和科技创新服务的能力。Local colleges and universities are an important force in China＇ s higher education. In order to better support regional social and economic development, local colleges and universities must establish an educational philosophy of serving the economy and strengthen the school-enterprise integration. Only by establishing a joint innovation coupling relationship between local universities and enterprise clusters and depending on mutually coupling the culture of the university with that of enterprise, the features of university management with that of enterprise, the heterogeneous knowledge of both sides, the scientific research team of the university with the enterprise＇ s business team, scientific research platforms of the University and the enterprise, research facilities of the universities with the production equipment of the enterprise, etc. , can the local colleges and universities promote their capacities to serve the regional economy, social science and technological innovations.
