摘  要:采用5种试剂(水、乙酸铵、硝酸、盐酸、DTPA浸提剂)萃取土壤中有效态铅和镉,并在土壤样品加入3种不同浓度的铅和镉,模拟被污染的土壤。结果表明硝酸、盐酸、DTPA浸提剂均能较好的萃取土壤中有效态铅和镉,但是DTPA浸提剂萃取土壤有效态铅和镉更符合烟草生长过程吸收微量元素,同时快速检测土壤有效态微量元素,DTPA浸提剂对土壤中有效铅平均萃取率是51.33%、镉平均萃取率是47.95%。土壤有效态铅与烤烟中铅含量呈正相关性,土壤有效态镉与烤烟中镉含量呈负相关性,R2值表明,土壤有效态铅和镉与烤烟铅和镉的相关性并不显著。Five kinds of reagents are adopted to extract effective cadmium of Tai lead in the soil, and three kinds of lead cadmiums of different densities are joined to the soil sample, so as to imitate the soil that is polluted. The result shows that nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and DTPA extractant all can extract effective cadmium of Tai lead in the soil, but DTPA extractant to extract effective cadmium of Tai lead of soil more matches the growth process of tobacco for absorbing trace element, and it can be quickly examined effective state Tai trace element of soil at the same time. The average rate of DTPA extractant extracting the effective lead in the soil is 51.33%, and the average rate of cadmium is 47.95%. Soil effective Tai lead and roast a lead content in smoke present positive relativity. Soil effective Tai cadmium and roast cadmium content in smoke present negative relativity. R 2 value expresses that the relativity of soil effective cadmium of Tai lead and roast of smoke lead cadmium is not significant.
