摘 要:为了调查云南楚雄地区猪伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)野毒株感染的阳性率,从楚雄地区3个规模化养殖场以及18个散养户随机采集360份血清,采用间接ELISA方法对血清样本进行PRVgE抗体的检测。结果表明:360份猪血清中抗PRV抗体阳性率为35.00%。规模化猪场的196份样品中,阳性47份,阳性率为23.98%;散养户共164份样品,阳性79份,阳性率为48.17%。说明楚雄地区散养户饲养猪只PRV阳性率较规模化猪场高。To investigate the positive rate of wildtype porcine pseudorabies virus infection in Chuxiong region of Yunnan Province. The 360 swine sera were randomly collected from 3 large - scale pig farms and 18 individual pig farms in Chuxiong region, and then an indirect ELISA method was used to detect the antibodies to PRV gE( anti - PRV gE) for the serum samples. The results showed that the positive rate of anti - PRV gE was 35.00% among the 360 swine sera. 47 of the 196 serum samples in the large - scale pig farms were positive, and the positive rate was 23.98%. 79 of the 164 serum samples in the individual pig farms were positive, and the positive rate was 48.17%. The results indicate that the positive rates of wild - type porcine pseudorabies virus in the backyard pigs were higher than those in the large - scale pig farms of Chuxiong region.
