摘  要:为了探究饥饿对胎生蜥蜴消化道嗜银细胞形态和分布密度的影响,试验采用Grimelius银染方法对正常喂食组和饥饿组胎生蜥蜴消化道内嗜银细胞的形态和分布进行比较研究。结果表明:2组嗜银细胞的形态相似,但分布密度不同,正常喂食组嗜银细胞分布密度高峰位于幽门,低谷位于食管;饥饿组嗜银细胞分布密度最高峰位于幽门和胃体,低谷位于十二指肠。2组相比,除贲门和空肠外,消化道其他部位嗜银细胞分布密度差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01),在这些有差异的部位中,除了十二指肠以外,其他部位均是饥饿组嗜银细胞高于喂食组嗜银细胞,这可能是胎生蜥蜴对饥饿的一种适应,当食物再次出现时,可动用机能储备,提高机体消化和吸收的速率。To investigate the effects of starvation on the morphology and distribution density of argyrephilic ceils in the digestive tract of Lacerta vivipara, the Grimelius silver stain method was used for a comparative study to the morphology and distribution of the argyrophilic cells in the normal feeding group and the starvation group. The results showed that the two groups of argyrophilic cells had similar cell morphology but dif- ferent distribution densities. The highest distribution density of argyrophilic cells in the normal feeding group was found in the pylorus, and the lowest in the esophagus; the highest distribution density of argyrophilic cells in the starvation group was found in the pylorus and the body of the stomach, and the lowest in the duodenum. The two groups were comparable in the distribution density of argyrophilic cells; there were significant differences or highly significant differences( P 〈 O. 05 or P 〈 0.01 )in the other parts of digestive tract except the cardia and jejunum. In these parts with the significant difference, in addition to the duodenum, the number of argyrophilic cells in the starvation group was higher than that in the feeding group. It might be an adaptation of Lacerta vivipara to the starvation, once the food was given again, Lacerta vivipara could use functional reserve to improve the digestion and absorption speed of the body.
