摘　　要：城镇化是党的十八大确定的新四化的重要内容。城镇化的核心内容是城市中产业的发展,产业的集聚导致城市的产生和发展,由此也导致人口的集聚和他们技能的全面发展、提高和不断自由流动。城镇化成为个人获得全面自由发展的必经历史阶段。研究人的全面自由发展,当前应当特别关注几亿农民,特别是农民工在城镇化过程中怎样走在个人全面自由发展的大道上。社会发展史、人的发展进程首先是生产发展的历史,也是物质生产者自身谱写的历史。农民工并不是遵循某些精英为他们指出的获得解放的道路前行,而是从自身的利益出发,坚定地走上进城参与工业化进程,从而使自己得到解放,并抓住了全面地和自由地发展的机遇。在这种伟大的创造历史活动的初期,甚至还遭到某些精英人士的贬斥。在今天,研究人的全面发展,不深情地关注他们的日常实践,或采取冷漠态度,则不可能在人的发展方面取得应有的科学成就。The new Urbanization is one of the most important content of the 18th National Congress of C.P.C.. The core of urbanization is the development of the industry. The development of industry causedthe emergence and development of the city, and also led to the concentration of population and their comprehensive development, improvement and free movement. The new urbanization becomes the inevitable for the comprehensive development of the individual in China. At present, to research on the free and comprehensive development of the individual, we should first focus on the farmers, particularly for those rural workers in cities and towns. The process of social development and human development is first the development of production, and also the development of the people who conducted the production. The rural workers entered the cities in the process of urbanization and worked in the city on the purpose of their own benefit, so as to achieve a self-liberation, they grasped the opportunities to free and comprehensive development. Therefore, at present, to research the free and comprehensive development of the individual, we have to focus on them, on the new urbanization of China.
