新时期我国沿海港口竞争力提升路径探析——以江苏盐城港为例

摘　　要：文章在全球经济增速放缓、国际产业转移方兴未艾、国家西部大开发和中部崛起战略深入实施的背景下,分析了江苏盐城港发展的优势和存在的主要问题:港口腹地空间范围狭小且经济发展滞后、在与周边港口竞争中处于劣势、集疏运体系不健全。在此基础上,文章把盐城港定位为最接近日韩的外向经济口岸、发展中的南方航运中心北翼深水港、富有潜力的淮江区域"海上新门户"和东部沿海特色工业港。最后,提出了提升港口竞争力的发展路径:河海联动编织内陆港口网络,拓展港口腹地空间;立足港口优势做强临港产业链,陆海统筹培育港口物流新需求;以"共建共赢"为指引构建港口战略联盟,提升港口综合竞争力。In the background of global economic slowdown, international industrial transfer unfolding, the development of the west regions and the rise of central China strategy thorough implementation, this paper in-depth analyzes the main problems existing in the development of Yancheng port location, natural conditions, resources and other advantages and development： the port hinterland space is narrow and the economic development lags behind, at a disadvantages in the competition with the neighboring ports, the collection and distribution system is not perfect, and so on. On this basis above, we should take Yancheng port as the important export-oriented economic port to Japan and South Korea, the center of deep-water port for the south shipping, the rich potential of ＂new sea portal＂ of the Huai River region, and the eastern coastal industrial port. At last, this paper puts forward the development path to improve the competitiveness of the port： inland and port network linkage, expanding the port hinterland space, enhance the port to port industry chain based on the advantages, the overall development of port logistics, to build ＂win-win＂ port strategic alliance, enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of ports
