湖北省国有经济布局与结构调整策略研究

摘　　要：文章通过对国有经济地位、行业分布、国有经济控制力、空间分布和国企效率等多个指标的综合对比分析,简要归纳出湖北省国有经济布局与结构中存在以下五个问题:经济实力亟须提升,产业结构需要调整;私有经济相对不足;产业布局和空间布局不尽合理;对国有经济的控制弹性不足;国企效率需要提高,国企管理中可能存在资产导向等。文章在综合思考中国经济发展战略和湖北省内外经济发展形势的基础上,基于客观现实,对湖北省国有经济布局与结构调整问题提出了一些基本思路。This paper through the comparison of the state-owned economy, industry distribution, the state-owned economic control, space distribution and the efficiency of state-owned enterprises, briefly concludes the state-owned economic layout and structure of Hubei province has the following problems： the economic power is needed to be improved, the industrial structure is needed to be adjusted; the private economy is relatively insufficient; industry layout and space layout is unreasonable; the control of the state-owned economy lack of elasticity; state-owned enterprises need to improve efficiency, a possible assets management orientation in state-owned enterprises, etc. Based on the comprehensive thinking about China＇s economic development strategy and economic development of Hubei province, on the basis of the present situation, based on the objective reality, this paper puts forward some basic ideas about the state- owned economic layout and structure adjustment of Hubei province.
