摘　　要：针对时序多指标决策 (或评价 )问题 ,提出了一种新的分析方法。由该方法所得出的方案排序结果 ,不仅考虑了各指标的好坏程度 ,而且还考虑了各指标的增长程度。For the multiple attribute decision of making (or evaluation) problem with time series, a new analytical method is proposed.From this method,the rankings of alternatives reflects not only the level but also the increase rate of attributes.
