混合痔内扎外剥术后平衡镇痛的临床研究

摘　　要：为观察混合痔内扎外剥术后平衡镇痛的临床效果，将60例混合痔术后患者随机分为A、B、C3组，每组20例。A组术后给予平衡镇痛，B组手术结束时采用局部注射复方盐酸利多卡因进行术后镇痛，C组手术结束时单纯使用自控镇痛泵进行镇痛。结果显示，A、B、C3组患者术后2--48h内疼痛VAS评分均值分别为（O．92±0．35）分、（3．91±0．51）分和（3．73±0．75）分（P〈0．01）；术后首次排便时VAS评分均值分别为（1．59±0．34）分、（3．98±0．75）分和（3．86±0．59）分（P〈0．01）。结果表明，平衡镇痛用于混合痔术后是一种切实可行、安全有效的镇痛方法。This stud was to observe the clinical effects of balanced analgesia after internal ligation and ex- ternal dissection for mixed hemorrhoids. The 60 cases of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into group A,B and C, 20 cases for each group. Balanced analgesia was given postoperatively to group A, local injection of lidocaine hydrochloride to group B at the end of surgery,and patient controlled analgesia pump to group C. The results showed that the average VAS score was （0.92±0.35）,（3.91±0.51） and（3.73± 0.75） respectively in group A,group B and group C 2-48h after surgery. The average VAS score during ini- tial defecation was （1.59±0.34）, （3.98±0.75）and（3.86±0.59）（ P 〈0.01）. It is concluded that postop- erative balanced analgesia is feasible, safe and effective for mixed hemorrhoids.
