摘 要:为完善燃气管道安全评价体系,首次将Bow-tie技术引入到城镇燃气管道的风险管理中,通过Bow-tie图将故障树与事件树结合起来,定性分析了导致燃气管道泄漏的原因和后果,针对性地提出预防减缓措施。Bow-tie技术将风险辨识、风险分析、风险评估、风险控制和风险管理在图形中完整地展现出来,具有广泛的适用性,既可用于事前预防,又能指导事后响应,最大程度杜绝管道事故的发生,为燃气管道完整性管理提供实用的技术支撑。In order to improve the safety assessment system, the Bow-tie technology is firstly applied to the risk management of urban gas pipeline. The Bow - tie graph is depicted to combine the fault tree with the event tree. The causes and consequences of gas pipeline leak are qualitatively analyzed and some corresponding accident prevention and mitigation measures are proposed. The risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment, risk control and risk management are shown completely in the Bowtie graph and it can be applied extensively, not only in prevention, but also in guiding afterwards, stopping the accidents in the maximal degree and providing practical technical support for the integrity management of urban gas pipeline.
