摘 要:重大危险源分级是对危险源监管的重要依据,合理分级能够有效预防重特大事故。研究利用集对分析法对码头储罐区危险源进行动态分级,依据码头储罐区液体化学品特有的危险性,并根据池火灾伤害模型、爆炸模型、高斯烟团模型计算出危险源的灾害后果作为评价指标体系,利用LabVIEW软件编程,对宁波港青峙化工码头储罐区危险源进行动态评级。研究结果表明,基于集对分析的码头储罐区重大危险源动态分级法克服了重大危险源静态分级过程中事故形态和评级指标单一的不足,能够反映石化码头的危险源时时变化的动态特征。Abstract Major hazard installation classification is important basis for supervising hazard and reasonable classification, able to prevent serious accidents efficiently. The Set Pair Analysis (SPA) is applied to achieve major hazard installation dynamic classifications for storage tank area of wharf. According to risks of liquid chemicals in wharf storage tank area, dynamic classificatiun indicators are selected based on the results of major hazards, which is calculated by poolfire model, vapor cloud explosion model and atmospheric diffusion mode respectively. The dynamic classification system of major hazard imtallation, encoded by LabVIEW procedure,is applied to evaluate the dangerous chemicals in Ningbe Qingshi chemical wharf by use of SPA. The results show the status of the dangerous chemicals in Ningbe Qingshi chemical wharf is constantly changed with the variation of the dangerous chemicals amount.And the classification major hazard installation will be achieved in real time using the system. In conclusion, the dynamic classification of major hazard installation based on SPA is suitable for the evaluation of major hazard installation in petrochemical wharf.
