摘  要:目的考察天津市高校教师的主观幸福感受。方法选择4类高校教师168名为调查对象,使用综合幸福感量表、职业倦怠问卷。结果已婚高校教师主观幸福感较高(6.37±1.31,P<0.05),部属院校的教师对生活的满意程度较高(3.96±0.64,P<0.05)。结论高校教师主观幸福感为中等偏上,婚姻状况、学校级别差异会影响高校教师的主观幸福感。[ Objective ] To study the subjective well-being among college teachers in Tianjin. [ Methods ] 168 teachers were collected from 4 types of college, and the survey was conducted with the General well-being scale and the Occupational burnout question- naire. [ Results ] The subjective well-being level of married college teachers was the highest (6.37 ± 1.31, P 〈 0.05), and level of life satisfaction among teachers in colleges directly under the Ministry of Education was the highest ( 3.96 ± 0.64, P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion]The subjective well-being among college teachers is above average, which may be influenced by the marital status and school type.
