摘  要:目的探讨普拉提练习对产妇盆底肌功能恢复的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的120名产妇作为研究对象,根据实施产后普拉提练习与否分组,比较两组产妇盆底肌功能恢复情况。结果试验组产后3个月阴道静息压、阴道收缩压(VRP、VSP)及收缩持续时间均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组产后14周末VRP、VSP及收缩持续时间均长于6周末,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组产后14周末VRP、VSP及收缩持续时间均高于6周末,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过普拉提练习的试验组恢复效果明显好于对照组及试验前,表明普拉提产后操对盆底肌功能恢复具有显著的促进作用。[ Objective ] To investigate the effect of pilates exercises on maternal pelvic floor muscle function recovery among puerpe- rae. [ Methods] According to whether or not doing the post-natal pilates exercises, 120 puerperae met the inclusion criteria as re- search subjects were divided into two groups. The condition of pelvic floor muscle function recovery after parturition in two groups were compared. [ Results] The VRP (vaginal resting pressure), VSP (vaginal systolic pressure) and contraction duration time of postpartum 3 months in experimental group were higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The VRP, VSP and contraction duration time of postpartum 14 weeks in control group were higher than postpartum 6 weeks, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05 ). The VRP, VSP and contraction duration time of postpartum 14 weeks in ex- perimental group were higher than postpartum 6 weeks and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] The recovery effect in experimental group is better than control group, which indicates that the pilates exercise can promote the pel- vic floor muscle function recovery after parturition significantly.
