摘 要:目的:探讨循证护理和自我效能评价在糖尿病周围神经炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择糖尿病周围神经炎患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予循证护理并有效结合自我效能评价。采用糖尿病自我效能量表( DSES )评价两组自我效能情况,并比较两组血糖水平、住院时间及对健康教育的满意度。结果观察组患者空腹血糖及住院时间分别为(5.92±0.79) mmol/L,(17.80±1.02) d,均少于对照组的(9.24±1.07) mmol/L,(26.33±1.95)d,差异均有统计学意义(t分别为3.052,3.309;P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者DSES总分为(99.37±2.29)分,高于对照组的(77.70±5.29)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.641,P<0.01)。观察组患者对基本知识、饮食指导、运动指导、心理指导、用药指导的健康教育满意度评分分别为(3.52±0.63),(3.39±0.75),(3.69±0.47),(3.38±0.77),(3.42±0.58)分,均高于对照组的(2.88±0.79),(2.95±0.79),(2.37±0.89),(2.07±0.71),(3.01±0.78)分,差异均有统计学意义(t分别为3.591,3.364,5.931,3.837,3.157;P<0.05)。结论循证护理和自我效能评价可以有效提高糖尿病周围神经炎患者的临床治疗效果,减轻患者对糖尿病的恐惧情绪,提高治疗依从性,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based care and self-efficacy evaluation in patients with diabetic peripheral neuritis .Methods Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuritis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table , each with 30 cases.The control group received the routine nursing , and the observation group received the evidence-based care and self-efficacy evaluation .The condition of self-efficacy was evaluated by diabetes management self-efficacy scale ( DMSES ) , and the level of blood sugar , hospitalization time and satisfaction of health education were compared in two groups .Results The level of fasting blood glucose was (5.92 ±0.79) mmol/L in the observation group after the intervention , and was significantly lower than (9.24 ±1.07) mmol/L in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=3.052, P〈0.05).The hospitalization time in the observation was (17.80 ±1.02)d after the intervention, and was less than (26.33 ±1.95)d in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=3.309, P〈0.05).The total scores of DMSES was (99.37 ±2.29) in the observation group after the intervention , and was significantly higher than (77.70 ± 5.29) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=4.641, P<0.01).The scores of the satisfaction of health education on basic knowledge , dietary, regular exercise, psychological and medication guidance were respectively (3.52 ±0.63), (3.39 ±0.75), (3.69 ±0.47), (3.38 ±0.77), (3.42 ±0.58) in the observation group, and were significantly higher than (2.88 ±0.79), (2.95 ±0.79), (2.37 ±0.89), (2.07 ±0.71), (3.01 ±0.78) in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (t=3.591, 3.364, 5.931, 3.837, 3.157, respectively;P<0.05).Conclusions Evidence-based care and self-efficacy evaluation can effectivel
