摘　　要：目的：建立心力衰竭单病种护理质量评价指标体系，以提高心力衰竭方面护理质量和护理管理水平。方法采用质性访谈法、专家会议法和德尔菲法进行指标的咨询和论证。结果确立了3项一级指标、14项二级指标、66项三级指标及其权重的心力衰竭护理质量评价指标体系。结论专家意见的集中程度和对指标评价结果的一致程度均较高，显示心力衰竭护理质量评价指标体系的可信程度较高。Objective To establish the evaluation index system of nursing quality of heart failure single disease so as to improve the quality of nursing and the level of nursing management in heart failure .Methods The evaluation index of nursing quality of heart failure was consulted and argued by qualitative interviews , expert meeting and Delphi method .Results The evaluation index system of nursing quality of heart failure including 3 indexes on level first, 14 indexes on level second , 66 indexes on level third and the value coefficient given to each index was established .Conclusions The concentration degree of expert opinion and the degree of consistency of the evaluation results are higher , which show that the creditability of evaluation index system of nursing quality of heart failure is good .
