新生代农民工的“六个融合”与市民化发展

摘　　要：农民工社会融合是涉及当代中国人数最多,范围最广,内容最深刻的社会变革。农民工是建设城市、繁荣城市,发展城市的生力军,农民工较好地融入城市社会,成为城市的新居民,有利于加快农村劳动力转移和城市化进程。本文通过对农民工社会融合的概念界定、内容分析、关系探讨,认为农民工社会融合包括职业融合、政治融合、民生融合、文化融合、关系融合和身份融合六个方面,这"六个融合"是市民化发展的主要内容和必经过程;农民工的"六个融合"是一种互为条件、互相依存、互相促进的包涵支持关系,割裂任何一个融合就不是真正的农民工市民化。The social integration of migrant workers is the largest,broadest and most profound social transformation in contemporary China. Migrant workers are the major force of building,bustling and developing the cities,their better integration into the urban society is conducive to speed up the transfer of rural labor and urbanization. Based on the definition,content and relations of social integration,this paper argues that the social integration of migrant workers includes six aspects of integration,that is,vocation,politics,livelihood,culture,relationships and identity. The ' six integrations' are main contents and inevitable process of citizenization development. It is a kind of support relation of mutual condition,interdependence and mutual promotion.Splitting any one from the six is not the real citizenization of migrant workers.
