摘　　要：西门子Profibus-DP工业现场总线技术在工厂自动化系统中的重要地位,以华菱集团衡钢Ф340分厂精整生产线为例阐述现场总线Profibus控制系统组成及控制系统的配置方案,介绍DP网络通讯程序的编写方法和故障诊断,并分析现场总线在实际应用中的抗干扰问题。Siemens Profibus-DP Industrial Fieldbus technology takes an important position of the factory automation system,this pa- per takes the hysteeltube φ340 branch finishing line of Valin Group for example,it has explained the components of the field- bus-Profibus-control system as well as the configuration schemes.It introduces briefly the programming method of DP net- work communication program and fault diagnose,and analyses fieldbus＇s the anti-interference problem in practical application.
