摘　　要：SF6气体由于具有优越的绝缘性和稳定性,而被广泛地应用于高压电器设备中。文中所研制的SF6气体净化处理系统,组合使用了变压吸附、空气分离、机械制冷式深冷分离等多种净化处理方式,满足了处理后SF6气体符合GB/T 1202《工业六氟化硫》的技术指标要求,而且可使处理后SF6气体的质量分数达到99.98%以上,实现了SF6气体的循环再利用。SF6 gas has been widely used in insulation performance and stability. In this combining such technologies as pressure swing mechanical refrigeration mode. The purified SF6 1202 Industrial SF6 Gas with a mass fraction of high-voltage electrical equipment because of its superior study, an SF6 gas purifying system was developed by adsorption, air separation, and cryogenic separation with gas meets the requirements in the national standard GB/T SF6 over 99.98%, thus it can be cyclically utilized.
