摘  要:配电网网架形式一般采用闭环建造、开环运转,其结构为辐射状,受故障影响较大。网络重构后,一旦线路发生故障,也将会直接对用户和电力公司造成经济损失。因此,提出了计及线路故障的配电网网络重构,该方法以网损最小为目标函数的同时将网络线路故障导致负荷的停运作为网损惩罚函数加入模型中,并且将人工蜂群算法运用至网络重构中,给出了基于ABC算法计及线路故障的重构步骤,并以IEEE33节点进行算例分析,从结果可以看出该模型和ABC算法可行和有效。Distribution network adopts closed-loop design and open-loop power supply with a radial structure, so it is easy to be influenced by fault. Once a fault occurs in a line, it will cost a lot for users as well as power companies. So a model of distribution network reconfiguration with considering line fault is presented, the intension of which is to make power loss the lowest and take the lost load into consideration as penalty function. Artificial bee colony algorithm is adopted to solve the issues of network reconfiguration. Finally, simulation results based on IEEE33 show that the proposed model and algorithm are simple, feasible and effective.
