摘 要:通过新疆油田燃煤注汽锅炉水质分析和运行中的实际检测,分析油田注汽锅炉采用稠油污水净化水作为给水的使用效果及给水加酸工艺的使用效果,验证油田注汽锅炉采用稠油污水净化水作为给水的可行性。从经济角度分析实际的运行成本,同时分析给水中加入HCL以除掉HCO-3的必要性,以目前的国家热采锅炉水质标准分析和严重稠油污水净化水作为热采燃煤注汽锅炉补水的可行性,最终得出油田注汽锅炉采用稠油污水净化水作为给水是可行的,经济性较高。Through analyzing water quality and actual testing of fuel coal and steam-injection boiler of Xingjian oilfield, the paper was analyzed using effect of taking waste water of viscous oil as water supplement for thermal recovery fuel coal and steam-injection boiler and the steam injection boiler using heavy oil sewage purifying water as water use effect and acid pro-cess of feed water to verify feasibility of taking waste water of viscous oil as water supplement for thermal recovery. Then, the paper was analyzed actual operation cost from the angle of economy and necessity of removing HCO -3 the water by adding HCL in water. Finally, the paper was analyzed water quality standards of thermal recovery boiler and the feasibility of coal burning steam injection boiler water according to current national thermal recovery boiler, which concluded that using heavy oil sewage purifying water as the water supply was feasible with high efficiency.
