摘　　要：社会组织将在我国经济、政治和社会生活中扮演越来越重要的角色。应切实转变思想观念,加强对社会组织地位和作用的认识;改革创新社会组织管理体制、机制,引导社会组织健康规范发展;完善法律法规体系,为社会组织发展提供良好的制度保障;引导社会组织加强自身能力建设,不断提升队伍素质,实行民主决策。社会组织应抢抓机遇,实现管理创新,充分发挥社会治理的"协同"作用。政府和社会力量携起手来,不断创新社会管理,共同担负起构建和谐社会的历史使命。Social organizations will play more and more important role in economy, politics and social life in our country. We should change our ideological concept and boost the awareness of the position and role of social organizations, while the legal and law system should be perfected so as to provide the good system guarantee for development of social organizations. Social organizations also should bring into full play the coordinated effort in social administration by seizing the opportunity to implement creative administration.
