摘  要:改革开放以来,随着现代化和市场经济进程的推进,我国的劳动管理体制也处在不断地演化之中。本文根据改革过程中各劳动治理主体功能的转变、社会主义市场经济体制的建设和完善、劳动力市场的市场化程度以及各项配套体制的完善性等,将我国劳动管理体制的演变划分为三个阶段。对于劳动管理体制演变过程中呈现出的特征和暴露出的问题进行了针对性分析,继而在新的经济政治形势下,对我国劳动管理体制的改革提出一些建议。Since China's reform and opening up, the labor management system is in constant evolution along with the advancement of modernization and market economy. According to the transformation of subject's function in labor manage- merit, the construction and improvement of the socialist market economic system, the marketizafion of the labor market and the integrity of supporting system in the process of the reform, the evolution of China's labor management system can be di- vided into three stages. In this paper, the author specifically analyzes the characteristics which are showed in the evolution process of labor management system and the problems exposed. Then under the new economic and political situation, the author puts forward some proposals to reform the labor management system in our country.
