后现代经济下的旧工业空间再生产研究——以深圳计划延续型工业区的创意旅游改造开发为例

摘　　要：以深圳蛇口工业区"南海意库"改造为例,探讨计划延续型旧工业区在创意旅游改造中的空间再产出机制。重点探讨历史路径依赖作用下,旧工业区综合开发运营企业以及政府力在空间再生产活动中所扮演的角色以及相关的产出效果。一方面,这种综合开发运营企业集团对自有旧工业空间所实施的再生产活动是企业对其早期开发空间的二次拓展与优化,是一种企业自组织内部的再生产活动。出于对所管辖片区整体功能优化和片区竞争力提升的目标,能够在改造的经济产出和社会产出之间实现边际效益最大化的平衡。另一方面,旧工业区创意旅游改造是城市经济不断高级化的具体空间载体,通过旧工业区改造,满足了对后现代经济下城市消费主义、艺术、休闲等个性化、多元化的服务性空间的需求。Based on the case analysis of the ＂Nanhai Creativity Park＂ at Shenzhen＇s Shekou Industrial Zone, the paper explores the spatial output mechanism of old industrial zones into creative parks. It focuses on the entrepreneurial and governmental roles under the influence of historical path dependence and associated results. On one hand, the reproduction ac- tivities of these operating companies can be considered a business expansion and optimization within the organization. It might bring optimal results and maximize the marginal benefit. On the other hand, the transformation of old industrial areas and creative tourism is carrier of the city＇ s economy upgrade, through which the post-modern urban consumerism, arts, leisure and other personalized and diversified demands for service will be met.
