摘　　要：高校科研质量评价是衡量科研水平的重要手段。总结了当下高校科研质量评价概况及存在的问题,并对这些问题的成因进行了分析。最后提出了高校科研质量评价的改进思路。Evaluation of the quality of university scientific research is the most important means to measure the level of sci- entific research. First, this paper summarized the overview and problems about evaluation of the quality of university sci- entific research, then analysized the causes of these problems. After all, Proposed some improvement ideas.
