摘  要:羊绒衫或丝绒衫的起毛起球现象与缩绒后织物绒面厚度存在-定关系,对85/15丝绒混纺织物在不同条件下进行缩绒处理,分析缩绒工艺参数对绒面厚度的影响,优化了缩绒工艺条件,测定了缩绒织物性能名古果表明:当缩绒剂用量0.5%~1.5%、缩绒温度35-40℃、缩绒时间10~15min、pH为6.5~7.0时,缩绒后丝绒混纺织物的绒面可达到合适的厚度,一般约1.0~1.3mnl,手感丰满柔软航起毛起球性能达到3级.The pilling of cashmere sweater and silk/cashmere sweater had certain relationship with the pile face thickness of felted fabric. The 85/15 silk/cashmere blend fabric was felted under different conditions, and the effect of felting parameters on the pile face thickness was investigated. The felting process was opti-mized and the properties of felted fabric were measured. The results showed the optimum felting conditions were: 0.5%-1.5% of felting agent, felted at 35-40 ℃ for 10N15 min, pH=6.5-7.0. The pile face thickness of felted silk/cashmere blend fabric was appropriate at average of 1.0-1.3 mm. The handle of silk/cashmere fab-ric was full and soft, and the anti-pilling performance could reach level 3.
