海胶集团天然橡胶生产技术效率的随机前沿分析

摘　　要：论题利用随机前沿方法，分析“产业化、集团化、股份化”背景下的海胶集团天然橡胶生产技术效率及其内部差异。研究发现：2006—2008年海胶集团分公司天然橡胶生产技术效率平均水平为0．61，集中在0．5—0．7之间；传统生产要素仍然是天然橡胶产量增长的主导因素，现代生产要素的投入贡献相对较小。分公司的技术效率存在一定差异，西部比中部、中部比东部分别高出约5％；地理位置处于拥有分公司较多的市县境内的，其生产技术效率水平相对较高，橡胶主业突出的分公司技术效率也较高。提高技术效率，有待于增加投入，优化投入产出关系，加强基地管理和提高天然橡胶产业集中度。This paper, adopting the stochastic frontier analysis, analyzes the technical efficiency of natural rubber production and its internal differences in Hainan Rubber Industry Group under the background of ＂industrialization, collectivization, and demutualization＂. The study shows that the technical efficiency of natural rubber production in the branch companies of Hainan Rubber Industry Group varies from 0.5 to 0.7 with an average of 0.61 from 2006 to 2008, which indicates that the traditional production factors still play the leading role in the growth of natural rubber production and the contribution of modern production factors is relatively small. The certain difference exists in the technical efficiency among the branch companies, and the west is 5 % higher than the middle and the middle is 5% higher than the east. The technical efficiency is relatively high both in the cities or counties with more branch companies and in those branch companies with main lines of rubber production. The improvement of technical efficiency depends on increasing the input, optimizing the input-output relationship, strengthening the base management and improving the natural rubber industrial concentration.
