摘　　要：目的探讨社会支持程度对维持性血液透析患者睡眠状态的影响。方法选取2011年5月至2013年5月于本院进行维持性血液透析治疗的78例患者为观察组,同期的78名体检健康人员为对照组,将两组人员的AIS睡眠量表和自我感觉睡眠质量评估结果进行对比,同时将观察组中不同社会支持程度者的评估结果进行比较。结果观察组患者的AIS睡眠量表和自我感觉睡眠质量评估结果明显差于对照组,且观察组中较低社会支持者的评估结果差于较高社会支持者,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者睡眠状态相对较差,且社会支持程度对其影响较大。Objective To observe and investigate the influence of social support degree on the sleep state of patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods Seventy-eight patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hos- pital from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected as the observation group, and 78 healthy individuals were enrolled as the control group. Then the AIS sleep scale and self-assessment sleep quality evaluation results of two groups were compared, and the evaluation results of patients with different social support degree in the observation group were compared too. Results The AIS sleep scale and self-assessment sleep quality evaluation results of the observation group were significantly worse than those of the control group, and the evaluation results of patients with lower social support degree in the observation group were significantly worse than those of patients with higher social support de- gree, all P〈0.05. Conclusion The sleep state of patients with maintenance hemodialysis is relatively poor, and the in- fluence of social support degree on it is significant.
