摘　　要：用十二烷酰肌氨酸法提取鸡沙门氏菌外膜蛋白（ＯＭＰ）.作为抗原，制备免疫激发复合物型（Immunostimulating Complex,ISOOM）亚单位疫苗。ISCOM型OMP亚单位疫苗在透射电镜下可见笼型颗粒结构，直径为６０ｎｍ～１２０ｎｍ。无菌性检测结果为无菌，具有可靠的安全性。对３周龄雏鸡肌注接种，６周龄攻毒，接种８０μｇＯＭＰ／只１ＳＣＯＭ型亚单位疫苗的雏鸡对鸡白痢沙门氏菌或鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的攻击具有显著的免疫保护力。The Sarkosyl method was used to extract outer membrane protein (OMP) of chicken Salmonella.The OMP was used to make immunostimulating complex (ISCOM) subuuit vaccine. The ISCOM-OMP particles were seen as cage structure with a diameter of 60 - 120 nm under the transmission electron microscope.The subunit vaccine was safe for chickens. At 3 weeks of age, chickens were inoculated with the subunit vaccine. Three weeks after vaccination, the chicken were challenged with Salmonella.The result showed the subunit vaccine could produce significant immune protection.
