摘　　要：目的 分析重庆市九龙坡区近年来的艾滋病疫情变化趋势,探索防治策略.方法 运用描述性流行病学方法对重庆市九龙坡区1997-2012年艾滋病疫情报告进行分析.结果 九龙坡区1997-2012年HIV/AIDS累计报告754例,死亡104例;各街道、乡镇均有发病,以城区为主占71.49％,农村占27.72％;男女比为3.19：1;年龄以20～49岁青壮年为主,占76.13％;职业以家政、家务、待业者和工人为主,占41.51％;传播以性接触传播为主,占80.50％,其中异性传播占52.25％,同性（MSM）传播占28.25％;文化程度初中、高中或中专、大专及以上、小学、文盲、不详分别占病例总数的38.33％、25.33％、21.49％、13.13％、1.19％、0.53％.结论 重庆市九龙坡区HIV/AIDS流行呈中流行状态,疫情从高危人群向一般人群蔓延,传播呈快速增长趋势.Objective To analyze the trends of AIDS epidemic in recent years in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing city in order to find out the methods of prevention. Methods The methods of descriptive epidemiology were used to analyze AIDS epidemic report from 1997 to 2012 in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing city. Results A to- tal of 754 cases of HIV/AIDS were reported in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing from 1997 to 2012, including 104 cas- es of death. The reports distributed over all streets and towns, mainly in the city （accounting for 71.49%）, then rural ar- eas （accounting for 27.72%）. The ratio of male to female was 3.19：1. The patients were found to mainly in the age of 20-49 years old （76.13%）, with occupations mainly covering domestic, household chores, the unemployed and worker （41.51%）. The paths of transmission mainly included sexual contact （accounting for 80.51%）, of which heterosexual transmission accounted for 52.26% and homosexual transmission accounted for 28.25% （MSM）. The education degree of the patients included junior school （38.33%）, senior shool （25.33%）, college and above （21.49%）, primary school （13.13%）, illiteracy （1.19%） and unknown （0.53%）. Conclusion The transmission of AIDS epidemic appears up-down state, spreading from high-risk groups to general population and appearing the trend of fast growth.
