摘　　要：随机采集体长18～20 cm、体重200～250 g的红鳍东方鲀（Takif ugu rubripes）44尾，解剖观察并记录性腺组织外观，然后利用组织切片技术鉴定个体的性别。结果表明：性腺为细长条状且呈乳白色的个体为雄性个体，而性腺为袋状且呈淡红色的个体为雌性个体，且样本群体中的雌雄性别比例为1∶1。本研究结果为通过性腺外观形状和颜色即可准确鉴定体长为20 cm左右的红鳍东方鲀的性别提供了参考依据。44 Takifugu rubripes individuals of 18~20 cm body length and 200~250 g body weight were sampled randomly .The gonad of each individual was collected and its shape and color was recor-ded at the same time .Histological section technique was used to determinate the gender of Takifugu rubripes .The results showed that the individuals with bursiform pink gonads were females ,the indi-viduals with spindly lacte gonads were males .And the ratio in the sample between males and females was 1 ：1 .The results could provide the evidence and reference for sex determination according to ob-serve the gonad shapes and color in Takifugu rubripes which was nearly 20 cm in body length .
