摘 要:为有效控制深部厚顶煤巷道围岩变形,设计了纵向让压锚梁支护系统(锚梁在顶板中部纵向布置,并配备锚索让压环),通过现场试验与常规横向锚梁支护方案进行对比研究。监测结果分析表明:纵梁方案有效改善了巷道围岩控制效果,纵梁方案比横梁方案顶板沉降量和造价分别降低31.4%和16.8%;在回采之前横梁方案锚索受力逼近破断荷载(442kN),而由于让压作用,纵梁支护方案回采前锚索受力稳定在294kN,为后期工作面回采提供了强度储备,让压效果明显。最后,从厚顶煤巷道支护关键部位、支护体系整体性和高效让压三个方面对纵向让压锚梁的作用机制进行了分析。In order to control surrounding rock deformation effectively, longitudinal pressure relief anchor beam support system is designed, of which the anchor beams with pressure relief tubes are longitudinal in the roof center. The comparative study to normal lateral anchor beam was carried out by field test, and the monitoring results show:the surrounding rock controlling effect of longitudinal program is improved signifi-cantly, the roof subsidence and cost of the former program is lower by 30%and16.8%to the latter one respectively. Anchor cable force of lat-eral program is 442kN before stoping, almost approached the broken load. While because of the pressure relief effect, the anchor cable force of longitudinal program is steady at 294kN, provide load reserves for support system for stoping, the pressure relief effect is obvious. At the end, mechanism of the new program is analyzed from 3 aspects:key position of surrounding rock controlling, support system integrity and pressure relief action.
