摘  要:为提高复杂装备的故障诊断效率,研究了测试性设计的结构模型并将其应用于故障层次诊断中。测试性结构模型包含了装备的物理层次和故障层次,将结构层次与故障层次对应起来,形成结构与故障的映射对应关系。根据测试需求建立的层次相关性矩阵,成为层次故障之间相互联系的桥梁和进行故障诊断的依据,这种模型为进行层次诊断提供了很好的途径。通过对哈夫曼编码方法的研究,提出使用层间-哈夫曼编码的诊断策略,保证该方法具有层间诊断能力,同时给出了选择初始测点的实现步骤。实例分析表明:该诊断方法优于以前的方法。In order to improve the fault diagnosis of the complex equipment ,this paper makes an in-vestigation into the hierarchy diagnostic method based on the testing structure model .The model in-cludes the physical level and the equipment fault level .T he structure level and the fault level can be made to form a corresponding relationship between structure and fault .According to the testing re-quirements ,the establishment of the hierarchy dependency matrix becomes an interrelated bridge be-tween hierarchy fault and diagnosis .This model provides a good way for hierarchy diagnosis .Based on Huffman coding ,the hierarchy-Huffman coding diagnostic strategies are proposed to ensure that the method has the capability of hierarchy diagnosis .And meanw hile the implementation steps of se-lecting initial test point are offered . T he analysis show s that the method of choosing the initial test point is superior to the previous methods .T he real example used verifies the correctness of the conclusion .
