基于校企对接的我校应用型酒店人才培养研究

摘　　要：人才培养问题一直以来都是教育工作者长期关注的问题,如何培养社会所需和校企对接的应用型人才,如何实现素质教育,值得我们深思。我校旅游专业最近一些年得到了较好的发展,并通过了湖北省教改专业和省支柱性产业计划。为了更好地推动旅游专业的发展和旅游人才的培养,结合专业实际及深入酒店实践的感悟,探讨应用型酒店人才的培养问题。The cultivation of the talent has always been the focus of every education worker and how to cultivate applied talents needed by the society and the enterprises, and how to implement quality edueation are worthy of our deep concern. Tourism Major in YYTC has made a big progress in recent years, and listed in the Provincial Educational Reform Professional and Provincial Backbone Industry Plan of Hubei. To promote the development of tourism and the cultivation of tourism talents, this paper has combined with the actual conditions and their professional hotel practice comprehension, and discussed the applied hotel talents cultivation.
