广东省社区医护人员卫生应急能力现状调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解广东省社区医护人员卫生应急能力现状及其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的问卷,选择广东省220家社区医疗机构的社区医护人员进行问卷调查,调查结果进行统计分析。结果卫生应急能力评估:社区医护人员的得分为(67.2±10.6)分,其中不同职称、工作类型、工龄的社区医护人员卫生应急能力得分间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示:性别(β=-0.078)、职称(β=0.061)、职务(β=-0.089)、工作类型(β=0.084)、工作年限(β=0.147)和参加过应急培训(β=0.371)进入回归方程。结论广东省社区医护人员卫生应急能力不高,其主要影响因素为性别、职称、职务、工作类型、工作年限及是否参加过应急培训。Objective To study the present situation of public health emergency response capability of community medical staff and its influential factors in Guangdong province. Methods Stratified clustered sampling method was used to choose community medical staff from 220 community institutions of Guangdong province. Among them a self - designed questionnaire survey was conducted about health emergency response capacity. and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The score of public health emergency response capability of community medical staff was （67.2 ± 10. 6）, and there was a significant difference in the score among the staff members with different professional titles, types of work and service periods （P 〈 0. 05）. Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the gender （β = - 0.078）, professional title （β = 0. 061 ）, position （β = - 0.089）, type of work （β = 0.084）, service period （β= 0. 147） and participation in training on emergency （β= 0. 371 ） entered the regression equation. Conclusion The health emergency response capacity of community medical staff in Guangdong Province was lower. The main influencing factors were gender, professional title, position, type of work, service period and whether they paticipated in emergency training.
