摘  要:通过续建配套与节水改造工程建设,贵州省各大型灌区取得了明显的经济和社会效益。为分析评价灌区取得的投资效益,采用熵值法赋权,利用灰色关联度理论方法对贵州省7个大型灌区进行综合评价。评价结果表明,兴中灌区投资效益优于其他6个灌区,但总的来说,7个灌区关联度离所选最优方案关联度值较远,各灌区尚存在一定的改善空间。Through the rebuilding and water-saving renovation project construction, the large irrigation districts in Guizhou province have achieved remarkable economic and social benefits. To analyze and evaluate the investment benefit of irrigation districts, the en- tropy method is used to weight and the grey correlation degree method is used to comprehensively evaluate the seven large irrigation districts in Guizhou province. The evaluation results show that the investment benefit of Xingzhong irrigation district is better than that of the other six irrigation districts. But in general, the correlation value of the seven irrigation districts is far from the selected optimal scheme, each irrigation district has certain improvement space.
