摘 要:研制了国内首套基于耗氧原理的10 MW大型量热器系统。设计确定了量热系统集热罩和管路的结构、安装方式;测量管段的形式;测量分析系统及废气环保处理设施。采用标准油盘火对该系统开展了标定试验,并依托该试验系统开展了多次大型量热试验。结果表明:研制的大型量热器测量范围不小于10MW;流量分布系数kt值接近理想值0.86,管路设计合理;可满足堆垛火、赛道火、家具火等大型量热试验及必需洒水密度试验研究的要求。The first 10 MW colorimeter system has been developed in China based on oxygen consumption theory.Factors as structure and installation of colorimeter hood and duct,forms of measuring section,acquisition system and waste gas treatment system are all determined by optimum design.A series of standard pool fire tests are performed for system calibration and several large scale tests have been carried out employing the 10 MW colorimeter.The result shows that:the range scale of the colorimeter is not less than 10 MW,pipeline has the rational design with the flow distribution coefficient kt of 0.86 which approach to ideal value,this system can satisfythe needs of large scale tests such as palletized storage fire,furniture fire and RDD tests.
