摘 要:介绍氧气呼吸器用减压阀的结构和工作过程,对其活动组件的受力进行分析,并建立减压阀数学模型,利用MATLAB仿真对减压阀的静态特性进行研究,分析减压阀内部结构参数(活门直径、弹簧刚度和阀杆底面积)对减压阀稳定性的影响规律。结果表明:减压阀的出口压力随着流量的增大而缓慢减小;在相同的工作条件下,阀芯直径和弹簧刚度越大,出口压力越大;弹簧刚度和阀杆底面积越大,出口压力稳态值变化越平稳。The structure and working process of reducing valve for oxygen breathing apparatus were analyzed,the force of active components was analyzed,a mathematical model for the valve was established,and the static characteristics were studied with MATLAB,then the influence law of inside structure parameters of the valve (such as valve diameter,spring Value of K and the area of stem) on stability of the valve was analyzed.The results showed that:the outlet pressure of reducing value decreasing with the increasing of flow.The bigger diameter of value core and bigger rigidity of spring leaded to bigger outlet pressure under the same work conditions.The bigger rigidity of spring and bigger area of bottom of value pole leaded to the good stability of steady state value of outlet pressure.
