可燃剂对气溶胶灭火剂燃烧温度的影响

摘　　要：采用最小自由能法理论研究可燃剂品种、含量以及可燃剂组合对气溶胶灭火剂燃烧温度的影响规律。结果表明:可燃剂对气溶胶灭火剂的燃烧温度影响显著;增加可燃剂含量可降低气溶胶灭火剂的燃烧温度;采用尿素和自制调节剂LS组合作为灭火剂中的可燃剂,可得到较低的燃烧温度;气溶胶灭火剂的可燃剂为20%的尿素和10%的自制调节剂LS组合时,得到的理论燃烧温度最低,最低温度可达1 023.9K。实验观察到该配方燃烧时没有明显火焰出现,实际产生的燃烧温度较低,与理论研究的结果基本一致。The combustion temperature of aerosol fire extinguishing agent was studied by the minimum free energy method theory.Combustible agent type,content and combustible agent combination were discussed.The results showed that：firstly,the combustion temperature of aerosol fire extinguishing agent was significantly influenced by combustible agent; secondly,the combustion temperature of aerosol fire extinguishing agent can be reduced by increasing the content of combustible agent;thirdly,a lower combustion temperature can be achieved by using combination of LS and urea as combustible agent,when the content of urea is 20％ and LS is 10％,the lowest combustion temperature is 1 023.9 K.The flame was not produced in the experiment,in concordance with the theoretical results.
