摘 要:为了研究长电缆对采煤机变频调速性能的影响,对不同长度牵引电缆进行了加载试验。理论分析和试验研究表明,输出电缆对变频器和电动机的影响与电缆长度有密切关系,随着电缆长度增加,其不良影响明显加剧;可通过优化变频器参数改善电动机负载能力,利用滤波器有效抑制变频器输出谐波,从而减小长电缆对采煤机变频调速系统性能的负面影响。In order to research the influence of long cable on performance of frequency-conversion and speed-regulation of shearer, loading tests of traction cables with different lengths were done. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the effects to frequency converter and motor caused by output cable have close relationship with the length of the cable. As cable length increases, the bad effects become more serious. The negative effects caused by long cable on performance of frequency- conversion speed-regulation system of shearer can be reduced by optimizing frequency converter parameters to improve load capacity of the motor, and using filter to restrain output harmonic of frequency converter.
