摘　　要：从保证原木供给的角度,运用SWOT分析法,分析黑龙江省木材加工业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,提出了实现品牌战略,提升木材的深加工能力;培育龙头企业,打造木材加工业的产业集群;完善产业链条,提高木材加工业的竞争力的对策建议。This paper starting from the aspect of timber supplying, uses the SWOT analysis to analyze the development of wood processing, analysis includes strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. Then, this paper proposes the suggestions as follows： carry out the brand strategy and enhance the ability of deep processing of timber;cultivate the leading enterprises and build the industrial clusters of wood processing industry;improve the industrial chain and improve the competitiveness of the wood processing industry.
