摘　　要：运用DEA方法对WG林业局进行改制效率实证研究。根据WG林业局具体改制情况,从改制前后对比的角度分析2001-2012年综合效率、纯技术效率及规模效率的变化。结果表明,WG林业局改制后的平均综合效率高于改制前且接近于最佳效率1,整体的改制在经济、社会及生态方面都取得明显的成效。This paper use the DEA method to study the reform efficiency of WG forestry bureau in Jilin province. According to the specific conditions of the reform of WG forestry bureau, analyse the change of comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in 2001 to 2012 years from the view of contrast before and after the reform. The results show that, the average comprehensive efficiency after the reform of the WG forestry bureau, which is close to the best efficiency1, is higher than before. The overall reform has achieved remarkable results in the economic, social and ecological aspects.
