玄神活血消肿液对大鼠急性软组织损伤模型白介素-17、一氧化氮影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察玄神活血消肿液对实验损伤性大鼠模型损伤局部组织匀浆液白介素-17(IL-17)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法建立大鼠急性软组织损伤性模型,随机分为正常组、玄神活血组、阿司匹林组、生理盐水组,每组12只。除正常组外,各实验组分别应用玄神活血消肿液、阿司匹林混悬液、生理盐水灌胃给药,在治疗后第1、3、5、7天于损伤局部软组织取材,将取材组织进行组织匀浆,采用放免法测定匀浆液IL-17、NO含量。结果玄神活血组匀浆液IL-17、NO含量与生理盐水组显著降低(P<0.05),与阿司匹林组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论玄神活血消肿液治疗急性软组织损伤的功效可能与降低局部组织中IL-17、NO含量有关。Objective To observe the effects of Xuanshenhuoxuexiaozhong decoction（XSD） on IL -7 and NO in curing the acute soft tissue injury（ASTI）. Methods 48 rats were randomly divided into four groups, the XSD group,the aspirin group,the physiological saline group and the blank control group. Except for the blank control group ,ASTI models were established in other groups and each group has 12 rats, which were treated with XSD,aspirin and physiological saline separately. In 1 th day,Sth day and 7th day after treatment, take some local injury soft tissue to observe the histological changes under light microscope, and measured the context of IL - 7 and NO of the tissue homoge- nate. Results The effects of the content of IL - 7 and NO of XSD group was significantly decreased than physiological saline group （ P 〈 0. 05） ,while has no significant differences with aspirin group（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Effects of XSD on curing acute soft tissue injury may be related to the decrease of IL - 7 and NO in the local tissue.
