高效液相色谱法测定不同产地茅苍术中β-桉叶醇的含量

摘　　要：目的比较不同产地茅苍术中β-桉叶醇的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱仪DIONEX P680,流动相为乙腈-水(58∶42),流速1mL/min,检测波长203 nm,柱温30℃,用外标法测定不同产地的茅苍术β-桉叶醇的含量。结果β-桉叶醇的进样量在0.02008-1.04mg范围内,峰面积值与进样量有良好的线性关系。结论该种方法稳定可靠,重现性好。13个不同产地的茅苍术药材β-桉叶醇的含量差异较大。Objective To determine the contents of β - eudesmol in Atractylodes lancea from different habitats by HPLC. Methods The analysis was carried on Aglhnt C18 column （4.6mm × 250mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase was consisted of aeetonitrile -water（58：42 ） with the foUow rate at 1.0 mL/min and the UV detection wave - length was at 203nm. The column temperature was 30℃. Result The β - eudesmol was in good linearity over the range of 0. 0201 - 1. 0400mg. Conclution The method is simple, sensitive, quick , reproducible . And found that the contents of β - eudesmol in Atraetylodes lancea from 13 different habitats have grate difference.
