摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(AD)的发生与线粒体密切相关,线粒体不仅作为细胞供能的主体,而且其功能改变在阿尔茨海默病中起关键性作用。针灸通过改善线粒体超微结构,调节大脑能量代谢,抑制细胞凋亡,调节Ca2+稳态,以及降低DNA突变。The occurrence of Alizheimer~ disease and mitochondrial are closely related.
