摘　　要：通过从政府卫生预算管理制度、卫生预算决策以及卫生预算改革等方面系统描述部分国家,特别是OECD国家,在政府卫生预算方面的改革特点、所采取的措施以及相关经验,从而为完善我国政府卫生预算管理提供一些可借鉴的经验。From the perspective of government health budget management system, health budget decision-making and health budget reform, to make a systematic introduction of government health budget reform＇s characteristics, measurement and related experiences in some countries, especially Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development（OECD） countries, so as to provide references for the improvement of government health budget management in China.
