中国区际产业转移技术溢出及吸收能力门槛效应研究——基于西部地区省际面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：从承接地吸收能力的角度出发,选取2000～2011年西部地区11省际面板数据,实证检验国内区际产业转移的技术溢出效应.结果表明：地区经济发展水平、人力资本水平、东中西部地区企业技术差距及金融发展程度对产业转移技术溢出皆存在门槛效应.同时,利用门槛回归模型对这4个吸收能力的代理变量做进一步检验,从这4方面测算了产生正向技术溢出效应的门槛水平.This paper empirically tests the effect of technology spillover on inter-regional industrial transfer with western re- gion using 11 inter-provincial panel data from 2000 to 2011. The result shows that the technology spillover of industrial trans- fer have threshold effect based on the level of regional economic development, the human capital level, the technology gap between western enterprises with enterprises of eastern and central regions, and the degree of financial development. Mean- while, this paper takes further test on these four proxy variables of the absorptive capacity with panel threshold model and es- timates the threshold value causing a positive technology spillover effect.
