摘　　要：将社会资本引入风险分担与工程项目管理绩效的关系模型,采用分层回归分析方法对选定的42个工程项目所获取的156份有效样本数据进行分析。结果表明:合理的风险分担对工程项目管理绩效具有显著的正向作用;高水平的社会资本情境下,合理的风险分担更有利于工程项目管理绩效的提高;相比共同语言,网络强度和信任对风险分担与工程项目管理绩效间关系的调节效应更为显著。This paper introduce social capital into the relational model of risk allocation and project management perform- ance. It obtained 156 valid sample data,which is processed by the method of hierarchical regression analysis based on the selected 42 projects. The results show that： reasonable risk allocation has a significantly positive influence on the project management performance; Reasonable risk allocation is more conducive to the improvement of project management perform- ance under the situation of a high level of social capital; compared with the common language, network strength and trust have more significant effect than moderating the relationship between risk allocation and project management performance.
